2. Our Content Policy
JarModAPK.com does not host original copyrighted game binaries or app files. We distribute community-created mod patches. However, we acknowledge that the legal status of mod APKs can be complex, and we fully respect the right of copyright holders to request removal of any content they believe infringes their rights.
3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a copyright infringement notice, you must send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent that includes all of the following:

4. What Happens After You File a Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 72 hours.
- Review the notice to confirm it includes all required information.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly.
- Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) that their content has been removed.
- Provide the user with information about how to file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original claimant files a court action.

JarModAPK.com maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. This is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
